I wish to offer my support to  Dr. Qais Ghanem for his courage to speak the truth and candidly regarding the entrenched bias in the Canadian press concerning the plight of the Palestinians.  Almost always, dissenting views of the Israeli occupation are suppressed or labeled as anti-semitism to stifle any meaningful debate.  It is refreshing to see a candidate who is willing to position themselves on the side of fairness and justice rather than on the side that will garner them support from the press.
